Furnace Maintenance Houston

Scheduling routine maintenance of your home or business’s heating unit is key to making sure your system operates smoothly throughout the chillier months. Regular maintenance of your heating system also prevents potential fire hazards and health issues due to damaged, dirty or malfunctioning equipment. To be prepared for the cooler months in Houston, contact Hartford Services to schedule a routine check of your heating system in the fall, during the daylight saving months.

Preferred Treatment Maintenance Plan

We also offer our Preferred Treatment maintenance program, which includes two scheduled checks a year (of both your heating and AC system) as well as discounts on repairs and replacements and many other benefits. Regularly scheduled preventive maintenance can substantially prolong the life of your home or business’s heating and air conditioning system.

The Preferred Treatment maintenance program is $119 per year for one AC and heating system and $89 for each additional AC and heating system. It provides two scheduled checks per year, discounts on repair and replacement, priority service, increased unit efficiency and more.

Program benefits include:

  • Same-day priority service when preferred treatment member calls before 10:00 am for air conditioning or heating repairs
