• Inspect condenser coil
• Check compressor against rated amperage
• Check refrigerant charge (Does not include adding refrigerant)
• Calibrate thermostat
• Check filters and recommend replacement, if needed*
• Check condensate pan and drain lines for blockage, if accessible*
• Clear drain lines (if accessible and made of PVC material)
• Inspect evaporator coil, if accessible*
• Inspect and tighten a/c electrical connections, if necessary
• Inspect fan motors and capacitors for correct amperage & charge

REGULAR HEATING UNIT CHECK UPS - $49.95 each system

• Inspect thermostat for proper operation.
• Inspect air filters and recommend replacement if needed.
• Check all electrical components and controls.
• Check high limit temperature sensor
• Inspect blower motor
• Inspect heat exchanger for possible cracks. A crack in the heat
• exchanger will introduce carbon monoxide into the living space.
• Inspect heating elements (electric heating units only)
• Inspect gas piping for gas leaks
• Inspect evaporator coil, if accessible*
• Inspect flue system - Check for proper attachment to the furnace, any dislocated sections, and for signs of corrosion.
• Inspect furnace stands
• Adjust fuel/air mixture
