Hartford staff are always very positive in attitude and most cautious and courteous in my home. They do a fine job during the initial visit and always leave my home clean after their repairs. Our plumber was VERY knowledgeable and respectful. He took time to explain everything that was happening and the fixes he was making. He also gave us pricing as he went to ensure it was within our budget. He arrived on time and was very well spoken. He took care of our home as if it were his! Customer service was top notch. Hartford has done a lot of work for us. We live in a home build in the mid 60's, back when they used cast iron pipes buried under the slab foundation. Twice Hartford has had to dig under the house to fix rusted out pipes. Did an excellent job both times. Of course they have done several lesser jobs for us over the years. They stand behind their work and are pleasant doing so. Once we needed a part for an old bath faucet which was not commonly available. They tracked down a manufacturer who claimed to make them. The part was replcced but soon broke. Hartford worked with the manufacturer to make one that works. Took them several trips to get it right but they did, all under the original warranty. Thet's the kind of people they are.

Hartford Services have been taking care of my air conditioning, heater, and plumbing needs for the last 20 years. Recently, my A/C motor went out with the temperature was 105 deg F, Hartford sent a technician out and fixed the problem within 2 houts. Very professional and helpful people.

I had a great experience with this company. I called them because a friend of mine recommended them. I called to have my tankless water heater brought up to code and I felt like they went above and beyond! They worked efficiently and did a great job on it. They were all very friendly. They arrived on time and cleaned up after their work. Their price for my job was reasonable. I will definitely call them again for my future plumbing needs.

Hartford has been my go-to HVAC and plumber for over a decade, and I have been repeatedly impressed. Recently the A/C they had installed several years ago went out. Not only did someone answer the phone on a Sunday morning, but they came out within 24 hours and were really honest and clear about the situation until they got it repaired. They honored the warranty, no problems at all. They do annual maintenance, and the technicians are professional and on-time.
